Isn’t it such a bummer when you order something online and it doesn’t fit? Or worse yet, it arrives and you look at the receipt going…oh no, online shopping while drinking wine has bite me in the butt again! (Side note…we always online shop while drinking wine. You’re lifestyle is celebrated here, boss babe!)
Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered. If you don’t like it, exchange it for something that makes you feel like the BOSS you are!
What is your return policy?
Due to the fact that we are still a pretty small shop, we don’t offer returns at this time, but we’ve got an amazing exchange policy to make sure you’ll get something you LOVE no matter what!
If you find yourself wanting to exchange something, that’s totally fine. We allow exchanges for full store credit, so you can use the store credit for ANYTHING in our shop! YAY! That way you make sure you find something in our shop that makes you feel like the fabulous boss lady that you are!
How do I exchange a product?
Ready to find yourself something new and pretty? We got you, babe. Simple contact us with the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Order Number
- Item you would like to exchange
- Reason for exchange
- New item(s) you’d like or if you’d like store credit
Sale items are final sale because you’re getting such a fabulous deal!
Hey girl! We get it! We know you want those items ASAP and we want you to have them so you can be strutting your stuff, building your empire, drinking your coffee, and looking fabulous. But we also know that shipping can be such a PAIN, so we’ve got you covered!
How much is shipping to the US?
Shipping prices are based on the weight of the total items ordered. Shipping varies from $2 – $8 for US shipping. All orders over $50 will receive FREE shipping!
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship international. We want you to look and feel fabulous no matter what country you live in.
What is your order processing timeline?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We do our very best to try and get orders out within 24 hours when possible.
What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
All inquiries about lost packages should be directed to the USPS customer care team. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us and let us know. We will work with you to fix it immediately.
